The co-work room is awesome. There’s plenty of workspace with some computers in case you don’t carry your laptop with you. And if you’re an itchy feet, just know that every m2 of the room is for you to work however you like.

Here’s your place to relax next to a book or computer.

There’s a great shower, a TV and some hammocks to relax. It is the perfect place to have a drink or even make a work presentation.

Room 9 is a space for you to sing, create, invent, sell, whatever. It is conceived so that it can be transformed into an art gallery, a cinema, a presentation for your book or even a showroom for your clothing brand. We want people and brands that share Unite’s values to have an open window to showcase their talent.

Feeling hungry? We have a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans in the first floor. It is also a great place for showcooking events, pasta parties or presentations.

We share this room with our friends from the record label Arithmos. They work there but the room is big enough for everyone who dares to play an instrument in front of them!
